This website provides educational information about medically supervised weight management and related health services, and connects visitors to independent, licensed healthcare services. This site does not provide medical care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing on it creates a provider–patient relationship. Truly Steady is a marketing brand operated by The Giro Company LLC and is an independent marketing affiliate of Heally. All medical services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals through the Heally care platform (medical services provided by HLY Medical Group PA), under separate terms you accept when you register there.
When you book a consultation or evaluation, create a patient account, or receive any care, those services are governed by the Heally platform's Terms and applicable consents — not by these Terms. All medical decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare professionals. Medications are prescribed only when medically necessary. GLP-1 medications are not suitable for everyone. Results may vary. All treatment is subject to physician or licensed provider approval.
This site is intended for adults 18 and older residing in the United States.
Content on this site — including any quiz, calculator, checklist, or article — is informational only, is not a medical evaluation, and should not be relied on in place of advice from a licensed provider. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
Program pricing shown on this site is informational and subject to change. The specific medication and treatment plan, if any, are determined solely by a licensed healthcare professional. Final pricing is always displayed before you pay anything, within the patient portal.
You can cancel at any time by emailing careteam+trulysteady@getheally.com or replying to a Truly Steady care-team text after you enroll. To stop an upcoming medication order, send your cancellation before it ships. Once a medication shipment has been sent, that shipment is non-refundable. Prepaid 3- and 6-month plans never auto-renew. If you cancel a prepaid plan early, the months you used are re-priced at the published rate for that shorter period (months in which medication shipped count as used), and the remaining balance is refunded. No cancellation fees apply.
If there is a shipping problem, contact the care team and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates. A shipment may occasionally arrive later than expected because of pharmacy processing, carrier delays, weather, supply constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Heally's Patient Terms separately state that a subscription may be canceled through the patient's account or by contacting Heally support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and partially used subscription periods are not refunded except where required by law. This program policy supplements the Heally Patient Terms and applicable checkout disclosures. If those terms or applicable law provide you with greater rights, those rights still apply.
The Truly Steady name, logo, and site content are owned by The Giro Company LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Third-party trademarks (including Wegovy®, a registered trademark of Novo Nordisk A/S) belong to their respective owners; references are educational, and no affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship is implied.
You agree not to misuse the site, including by scraping, interfering with its operation, misrepresenting your identity, or using content to provide or imply medical advice.
Links to third-party sites (including the Heally platform) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Giro Company LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
