The eligibility check (age, height/weight, screening questions) runs entirely in your browser: answers are never saved or sent anywhere, and they disappear when you leave the page. Please don't send health details to our contact email; clinical questions belong in your private evaluation. All patient and health information you provide during registration, consultation, or care is collected and handled by the Heally platform under its own Privacy Policy and applicable healthcare privacy laws — not by this site.
Only to respond to you, operate and secure the site, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Booking, evaluation, and care happen on the Heally platform, which has its own terms and privacy policy. Heally states that its privacy practices are intended to comply with HIPAA and that it uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption, to help protect personal information. Heally's policy also explains the circumstances in which information may be used or disclosed to provide services, work with healthcare providers and service vendors, protect safety, or comply with law. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Other linked sites are likewise governed by their own policies.
California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information we hold, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising those rights.
